The Welch Allyn AED 10 is a lightweight, handheld automatic external defibrillator. The Welch Allyn AED 10 is one of the simplest designed AEDs. It comes with 2 buttons, an on/off button, and a shock button, with a diagram for placement of electrode pads and a backlit display screen to walk you through the prompt for use. The Welch Allyn And can automatically determine if a shock is needed by analyzing the patient’s heart rhythm. The Defibrillation system can deliver up to 360 joules of energy when fully charged for a shock. The Welch Allyn AED 10 offers the capability to transfer data wirelessly from the device to a PC.
