The MAYFIELD InfinityXR2 A2114 Radiolucent Skull Clamp holds the head and neck of the patient in a fixed position for either Cranial, Spinal, or Neurosurgical procedures. The Skull clamp comes with 3 points for fixation of the patient’s head, allowing for minimal artifacts. The Radiolucent Skull clamp comes with a focusing knob on the side. The XR2 A2114 works with a variety of MAYFIELD Infinity skeletal stabilization pieces to create the unit you need for a procedure.

  • Provides 3-point skeletal fixation to hold the head and neck in place
  • Comparable to be used in Fluoroscopy, CT Imaging, and MR imaging areas
  • MR imaging comparable up to 3 Tesla
  • The extension is fixed by a double pawl, better control and less pressure needed to apply to the patient’s head
