GE CARESCAPE T14 Transmitter Features

The GE CARESCAPE T14 transmitter is used to send patients’ ECG data to the ApexPro receiver system. Once the data is received by the ApexPro receiver, it gets processed and transmitted through the dedicated ethernet interface to a CIC Pro center for further processing and display. The GE CARESCAPE T14 telemetry transmitter uses 2 AA batteries. It features 3 buttons. One button verifies the leads. Another creates a 20-second printable graph strip. The last one creates a blue border around the event bed and sounds an alarm at the CIC Pro center.

  • Parameter Excellence: Atrial fibrillation trending helps improve and speed clinical decision-making by providing a visual display of the current state, duration, and frequency of a patient’s atrial fibrillation events. Clinicians can also adjust the ST segment alarms (ECG waveforms) to reduce nuisance alarms and standardize telemetry with the capabilities and functionality of GE bedside monitors.
  • Remote Servicing and Updates: CARESCAPE Telemetry can be remotely serviced to help improve hospital efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • New reporting capabilities: Enhanced reporting capabilities to help improve and facilitate clinician and hospital reporting requirements.
