Zoll AED Plus Features

The Zoll AED Plus is a portable automatic external defibrillator with the Zoll CPR-D Padz. These offer a longer shelf life than most defibrillation electrode pads. The Zoll AED Plus comes with Zoll’s Real CPR, which can improve CPR performance by increasing the depth of the compressions. The (AED) has a graphical interface that combines pictures, text displays and voice prompts to help you through every step of resuscitation of the patient. With the smart design of the Zoll AED, the Lid of the sed can be used to prop up the patient’s head and acts as a support to keep the airways open. The Zoll AED Plus can support both adult and pediatric patients.

Batteries

  • Battery Capacity: Typical new (20°C) = stand-by life with batteries installed: 5 years (300 ±5 continuous shocks: 250 ±5 shocks before “change battery” indicator and 50 ±5 shocks after “change battery” indicator) or 13 hours of continuous monitoring time. For AED Plus units running software version 5.32 or higher, replace batteries every 5 years, or if unit prompts. For earlier versions, please replace batteries every 3 years.
