The Bair Hugger Model 500 provides safe, quiet, and effective patient warming. The Bair Hugger 500 Patient Warmer delivers warmth before, during, and after surgery to help prevent and/or treat hypothermia. The Bair Hugger should be used whenever conditions exist that could cause the patient to become cold. A key feature is the overheat indicator, which illuminates and sounds an audible alarm when an overheating condition is detected.
