Defibtech DDU-100 Lifeline AED Features
The Defibtech DDU-100 Lifeline is a semi-automatic external defibrillator (AED). The Defibtech DDU-100 is a very simple straightforward AED. The Defibrillator system offers voice prompts and visual indicators to make it easy to operate. The Defibtech AED has two user control, on/off and Shock. The Shock button is only enabled when a shockable rhythm is detected. The System can deliver 150 joules of energy to an adult patient when a shock is required, and 50 joules of energy to child and infant patients. The Defibtech DDU-100 Lifeline AED runs off a replaceable, non-rechargeable lithium battery.
- Automatically analyzes the patient’s ECG.
- Determines whether a shockable rhythm is present.
- Prompts the operator to press the Shock button when the device is ready and recommended.
- Defibrillation energy is delivered as an impedance compensated biphasic truncated exponential waveform.
- Delivers 150J of defibrillation energy through a patient impedance range of 25-180 ohms or 50J of defibrillation energy when using the child/infant pads.
- Replaceable non-rechargeable lithium battery pack.
