Maintain regular contact with larger customers. Ensure all sales documents and agreements are completed. Update customer information as needed. Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and inbound lead follow-up.
Primary customer contact for all service/repair problems. Open and manage tickets, coordinate depot and field service with the help of internal or external tech/engineer in a timely fashion. Update tickets with all related communication, notes and coordinate invoicing, payments, etc. Manage and grow the field service network, document contractor results.

Perform operational tests, refurbishment, repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration of medical equipment to meet OEM specifications as a part of production. Offer technical support, troubleshoot, and perform repair at the board/component level. Develop testing methods, maintain parts and parts information.
Mentor, manage and work with a team of biomedical engineers. Be responsible for the production, deadlines and productivity goals of the team. Perform efficiently and proactively to streamline processing of commonly sold products. Set the production line/batch to enhance group productivity as needed. Proactively manage adequate inventory of parts and supplies needed for production. Provide tech support, training and service as needed among other duties.

Repairs defective sterilizers to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Performs all repairs as assigned by supervisor. Maintains accurate records for all work performed. Entry and or paperwork should be completed on a timely basis. Completes repairs at the minimum possible cost to the institution while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Process parts according to specifications. Prep product as needed. Knowledge/ability to adjust sprayer valves/nozzles to regulate width and pressure according to the painting technique. Spray surfaces using the proper surface finishing technique. Ability to touch up and blend spot repairs. Ability to mix component paints accurately.
