Take a look at a few surgical tables we’ve recently worked on, along with some of the most common services we provide:

Skytron 6500

• The Skytron 6500 has an exclusive 180 degree rotation top that allows for unobstructed C-arm and microscope coverage. Common repairs include: battery replacement, motor calibration, and wiring repairs.
• For this unit, we replaced the battery and thoroughly tested all movement functions.
• Routine maintenance like this helps ensure smooth operation and prolongs the table’s lifespan.

Steris 3085

• The Steris 3085 has been a staple in operating rooms for decades. Common repairs include: wear and tear refresh, calibration, battery replacement, and thorough power system checks.
• Although this table didn’t have any functional faults, we proactively replaced wear and tear parts like cables, batteries, and fuses to extend its service life.
• Preventive maintenance is needed for consistent performance and to prevent downtime.

Steris 4085

• The Steris 4085 is known for its adaptability, precise positioning, and hydraulic system. Common repairs include: calibration, battery or power supply repairs, and hydraulic system checks.
• On this unit, we replaced the battery and a full calibration.
• Such preventive measures support safe, accurate, and consistent performance.

Skytron 3502 EZ Slide

• The Skytron 3502 EZ Slide’s versatility lies in its great mobility and precise positioning. Common repairs include: battery or power supply replacements, calibration, and locking mechanism troubleshooting.
• For this unit, we replaced the battery and performed a comprehensive calibration.
• Regular inspections and preventive care guarantee smooth, stable operation in all positions.
