Imaging/X-ray Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Imaging / X-Ray Engineer to support the testing, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring C-arms, Mini C-arms, and portable X-ray systems meet OEM specifications and regulatory requirements prior to deployment. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on electronics experience, and in-depth knowledge of X-ray imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform operational testing, refurbishment, repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration of C-arms, Mini C-arms, and portable X-ray equipment in accordance with OEM specifications
  • Troubleshoot system-level and board/component-level electronic issues
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and imaging-related faults
  • Develop, document, and improve testing and validation methods for imaging systems
  • Provide technical support to internal teams during production and service activities
  • Maintain parts, accessories, tools, and test equipment related to imaging systems
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Accurately document repairs, test results, and calibration data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven product knowledge of C-arms, Mini C-arms, and portable X-ray imaging equipment
  • Strong background in electronics, including board-level troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation
  • Experience with calibration, testing procedures, and preventive maintenance
  • Familiarity with OEM specifications and quality standards
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Electronic Engineer

Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to manage and maintain our parts and accessories department. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with strong organizational skills, and the ability to work and grow independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the complete parts and accessories inventory, including new and used items
  • Identify, catalog, and organize parts and accessories in the inventory management system and online store
  • Maintain minimum stock levels by monitoring inventory, placing orders, receiving shipments, and restocking items
  • Identify new parts and accessories, add them to the system, and prepare them for sale or use in production
  • Process daily customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage used accessories by sorting, testing, cleaning, and preparing them for sale or production use
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely availability of required parts
