Soma offers the Integra Mayfield Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor A2008 which is refurbished up to 50% below the cost of new one. Soma offers the Integra Mayfield Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor A2008 which provides optimal flexibility in 360-degree rotational positioning when attached to the Mayfield Ultra Base A2101. The Tri-Star must be used with the Ultra Base Unit or a MAYFIELD Base Unit upgraded to include the Ultra locking handle. The swivel adaptor can help lock the Skull clamp in place to ensure the patient’s position will not move during the procedure.

  • Comes with two additional Starbursts assisting in connecting headrests and Skull Clamps
  • The starbursts can rotate separately from the Skull clamp
  • Must be used with the MAYFIELD Ultra Base Unit (A2101)
