BD HemoSphere Features
The BD HemoSphere hemodynamic monitor shows pressure, flow, and tissue oximetry readings. It works with a wide range of cuffs, sensors, and catheters, so one monitor can be set up for noninvasive, minimally invasive, or invasive monitoring. Plug-in modules and cables handle the connections, so you only add what your setup needs. It has a 12.1 inch touchscreen, a carry handle, and a hot-swappable battery. It also supports Acumen HPI software, which helps spot signs of hemodynamic instability.
- Modular Setup: Optional Swan-Ganz, ClearSight, and Technology modules.
- Acumen HPI Software: Works with an Acumen IQ cuff or sensor to help predict hypotension.
- Tissue Oximetry: The optional ForeSight oximeter cable and sensor measure StO2.
- 12.1 Inch Touchscreen: A capacitive touch display with 1024 x 768 resolution.
- Hot-Swappable Battery: Lets you change the battery without interrupting monitoring.

Refurbished BD HemoSphere
Soma Tech Intl offers the BD HemoSphere Hemodynamic Monitor up to 50% below OEM prices, with the same service and warranty as new equipment. This monitor goes through both technical and cosmetic refurbishment so it performs and looks like new. During the refurbishment of the HemoSphere, our in-house biomedical engineers, who are trained and certified to work on hemodynamic monitors, carefully inspect and test the unit and replace components as needed so every aspect of the system meets the original manufacturer’s engineering specifications. Once it’s fully operational, the HemoSphere moves into a detailed cosmetic restoration process: thorough cleaning, correction of minor scratches and dents, surface refinishing where needed, and decal replacement if required. After all of that, it functions and presents like new.
Soma Tech Intl is ISO 13485:2016 certified, so strict quality control standards apply to every piece of capital medical equipment we sell. Before the BD HemoSphere is labeled patient-ready and prepared for shipment, it goes through a final quality assurance inspection to confirm proper operation and performance.
Soma Tech Intl’s procurement team is also always looking to purchase BD HemoSphere hemodynamic monitors and other used BD equipment. If your facility has a HemoSphere or similar model to sell, get in touch and our purchasing department will walk you through the process from start to finish. Selling directly to Soma cuts out the middleman, so your facility gets the best possible value for its used or pre-owned equipment. We’re 100% HIPAA compliant as well, meaning your equipment arrives at our facility in the same condition it left yours. Soma also offers trade-in credit, so if you have a HemoSphere or any other used medical equipment to sell, just send us a message.
