The Midmark Ritter M11 is a self-contained steam sterilizer that can be used in medical and dental offices, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, laboratories, and other facilities to sterilize heat and moisture-stable reusable items. The Midmark M11 is designed to optimize sterilization output, reducing time and effort.

- The pressure relief valve opens to reduce chamber pressure if the chamber steam pressure exceeds the allowable limit.
