The Baxter AS40 is an Auto syringe infusion pump that can provide a variety of infusion types. The Baxter AS40 can provide continuous and intermittent infusion solutions. This can be used for intravenous, intra-arterial, and epidural infusions. The Baxter syringe pump offers programmable flow rates from 0.01 to 438 mL/hr. The syringe pump comes with a customizable drug library and a rechargeable battery that can last up to 12 hours. The Bater As-40 can work with a variety of standard disposable syringes ranging from 1 mL to 60 mL. The syringe pump’s configurable options include syringe manufacture, automatic syringe size recognition, selectable infusion modes, maximum infusion rates, and occlusion pressure sensitivity.
