Hotline HL-1200A Rapid Infuser Features
The Hotline HL-1200A rapid Infuser is a fluid warmer with pressure chambers and air detection. The liquids, IV fluid, or blood are warmed through a heat exchanger. The Pressure chamber applies pressurization to the fluid which causes the flow rate to increase. With the disposable tubing of the HL-1200 A infuser, the flow rate can go from 30 ml/min to 1100 ml/min, and the maximum speed is 1400 ml/min. The temperature of the fluid can range from 36 – 40 degrees depending on the infusion rate. The gas vent filter is designed to remove microbubbles of gas from the line that results from the IV fluids being heated.
Automated Pressure Chambers
