Soma offers the Integra MAYFIELD Modified Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor A1116 Refurbished up to 50% below the cost of new one. The TRi-Star Swivel adaptor attaches to the Mayfield Ultra Base A2101, providing flexibility and 360-degree rotational positioning. The Tri-Star Swivel Adaptor can connect with the Ultra Base Unit or a Mayfield Base Unit upgraded to include the Ultra locking handle. The Tri-Swivel is compatible with all Mayfield skull clamps (except the A1114).

  • Comes with two additional Starbursts assisting in connecting Headrests and Skull Clamps
  • Offering reference frames and articulating arms
  • The starbursts can rotate360-degrees separately from the Skull clamp
  • Must be used with the MAYFIELD Ultra Base Unit or an upgraded MAYFIELD base unit with Locking handles
