The MAYFIELD Triad A1108 Skull Clamp offers 3-point skeletal fixation, holding the head and neck in a specific position for Cranial, Spinal or Neurosurgical procedures. The three Skull pins can be adjusted to apply a specific clamping force at each point. The Skull clamp offers a sturdy locking mechanism and quick release to ensure the patient’s position will not move during the procedure and for quick removal. The skull clamp has the ability to rotate 360 degrees with a swivel rocker arm when force is applied. The skull clamp sits slightly lower than the position of the headrest for better support of the patient.
