The Medtronic 5391 is a single-chamber temporary pacemaker that provides four different types of modes for pacing therapy. This Medtronic pacemaker is battery-powered and used for atrial or ventricular pacing. It has a basic pacing rate of 180 ppm. The device is ergonomically designed to allow easy set-up. A single 9V battery can run the device for up to 38 days. Another single-chamber pacemaker would be the Medtronic 5348.
