GE Avance CS2 Features
The GE Avance CS2 is a compact anesthesia machine that can also be a fully integrated Carestation. The system combines anesthesia delivery, patient monitoring, and data management in one machine. In addition, the Avance CS2 anesthesia machine offers ventilation capabilities and uses the GE 7900 Smartvent ventilator with the system. This allows the system to quickly and accurately mix anesthetic gases rapidly time when the situation occurs. The Advanced Breathing System in the Avance System helps minimize the number of tubing connections and circuit volume coming from the machine.
The Avance SC2 comes with a 15-inch color touchscreen display, that offers quick access to menus and additional settings. There are additional buttons next to the touchscreen that can be used for the most commonly used functions.
- Movable 15’’ touch screen with Carescape user interface for the unified Carestation user experience with GE Carescape monitors.
- ecoFLOW provides information that may help clinicians mitigate the risk of hypoxic mixtures during low and minimum flow.
- ecoFLOW for visualizing agent consumption and helping in mitigating wasteful overdelivery of fresh gas flow.
- User-configurable ‘Quick Picks’ for rapid selection of FiO2 and total flow combinations.
- Compact breathing system specifically designed for low flow to help provide fast gas kinetics for rapid wash-in and wash-out.
- Continual fresh gas flow with fresh gas flow compensation during mechanical ventilation.
- Central brake.
- Top shelf mounting rails.
- Metal work surface.

Refurbished GE Avance CS2 Anesthesia Machine
Soma Tech Intl offers GE Avance CS2 Anesthesia Machine up to 50% below OEM prices with the same service and warranty as new. The GE Avance CS2 is not only technically refurbished but also cosmetically refurbished to make it work and look like new. When the refurbishing process starts on the GE Avance, it is carefully inspected and tested by our own in-house biomedical engineers who are highly skilled and certified to work on anesthesia machines. If necessary, parts are replaced to make sure that all aspects of the anesthesia machine are functioning properly. Once everything is in working order, the unit is calibrated back to the original engineering manufacturer’s specifications. This ensures that the unit is working the same way that it originally left the manufacturer. After the anesthesia machine is working like new it undergoes a special cosmetic restoration process. The GE Aisys CS2 is cleaned, minor scratches and dents are repaired, it’s painted, and new decals are replaced if necessary. After this strenuous refurbishing process, the unit functions and looks like new. Soma Tech Intl is ISO 13485 certified and ensures that the best quality is given to all capital medical equipment that they sell. Before the GE Avance CS2i is labeled patient-ready and packed up for shipment, it goes through one last quality control test that makes sure all aspects are again working as they should.
