Avea Ventilator Features
This machine is widely used in many hospitals for any patient ranging from a neonate to an adult. Features include invasive and noninvasive ventilation, volumetric capnography, transpulmonary pressure monitoring, BiCore technology, and panel ports for esophageal balloon catheters, tracheal catheters, and proximal low sensors. Standard features include a precision gas delivery system with accurate volumes, active exhalation valve, and accurate esophageal pressure measurements.
Vyaire Avea Specifications
This ventilator is about 80 pounds, and on four casters for easy transportation. The internal battery can support 1 hour of ventilation and 4 hours of ventilation using the external battery. The endotracheal tube can be set up with an on or off configuration. Modes that can be selected include A/C, SIMV, CPAP/PSV, NPPV, and breath types as APRV/BiPhasic, Volume, Pressure, TCPL, PVRC and volume guarantee.
