System 5000 Features

The System 5000 has many technological features. These features include a general mode, fluids mode, and laparoscopic mode. General mode is used on traditional open procedures. Fluids mode is a quick start up for fluid environments such as urology or arthroscopy. Laparoscopic mode is done to minimize potential harmful effects of capacitive coupling and insulation breakdown. Other features include pulse cut, pulse coag, bipolar output meter and automatic return monitoring.

The total weight of this unit is a little under ten pounds. It is perfectly situated on a nearby table or cart. The system can cool down with a fan and has an independent output. There are both visual and audible safety alerts. This works as a bipolar system as well.
