Covidien Valleylab Force Ez Features

Instant response technology provides surgeons with improved performance or lower power settings, minimizing the risk of tissue damage and neuromuscular stimulation, and decreasing the need to “turn up the generator.” The Force EZ generator adjusts automatically, responding to tissue changes, maintaining power delivery, and minimizing drag. Capacitive coupling is reduced by 30-50% when using Instant Response technology. This reduction is achieved by limiting the RMS voltage and the high-frequency harmonics. Lower voltage means less neuromuscular stimulation and more precise delivery of energy to reduce collateral damage. Are you looking for more Valleylab electrosurgical units? What about the Covidien Valleylab Force FX?

Instant Response technology features an advanced feedback system that recognizes changes in tissue 200 times per second and adjusts voltage and current accordingly to maintain appropriate power. This unique capability differentiates Instant Response generators by their high power efficiency rating (PER). That’s smart generator technology. PER indicates the ability of a generator to accurately deliver the selected power into a wide range of tissue types. With a PER of 97, the Force EZ generator provides a consistent surgical effect.

  • Instant Response technology ensures that the power delivered remains virtually constant, regardless of the tissue type
  • Improved performance at lower power settings minimizes the risk of tissue damage and neuromuscular stimulation
  • Three internal microcontrollers reduce system reaction time and increase the system’s processing speed
  • Easy to use, cost-effective system when performance is required and the price is of equal concern
  • Two cut modes, both controlled by Instant Response technology, offer surgeons a variety of choices:
    • Pure Cut for a clean, precise cut
    • Blend for cutting with hemostasis
  • Two primary coag modes:
    • Low for lower voltage contact coagulation suitable in laparoscopic and delicate tissue work
    • High for efficient non-contact coagulation in most applications

Refurbished Covidien Valleylab Force EZ Electrosurgical Unit

Soma Tech Intl offers refurbished Covidien Valleylab Force EZ electrosurgical units up to 50% below OEM prices with the same service and warranty as new ones. The Valleylab Force EZ electrosurgical system is technically refurbished and cosmetically refurbished to make it work and look like new. When the refurbishing process starts on the Force EZ, it’s carefully inspected and tested by our in-house biomedical engineers, who are highly skilled and certified to work on electrosurgical units. If necessary, parts are replaced to make sure that all aspects of the system are functioning properly. Once everything is in working order, the unit is calibrated back to the original engineering manufacturer’s specifications. This ensures that the unit is working the same way that it originally left the manufacturer. After the Valleylab system is working like new, it undergoes a special cosmetic restoration process. The Valleylab Force EZ electrosurgical unit is cleaned, minor scratches and dents are repaired, it’s painted, and new decals are replaced if necessary. After this strenuous refurbishing process, the ESU functions and looks like new. Soma Tech is ISO 13485 certified and ensures that the best quality is given to all capital medical equipment they sell. Before the Valleylab Force EZ is labeled patient-ready and packed up for shipment, it goes through one last quality control test that makes sure all aspects are again working as they should.
