Soma offers the Integra CUSA Excel+ refurbished up to 50% below the cost of a new one. The Integra CUSA Excel+ is an ultrasonic surgical aspirator that can perform fragmentation, irrigation, and aspiration simultaneously. It provides 23,00 to 36,000 cycles per second to the attached handpiece. The CUSA Excel+ features a closed recirculating water cooling system to reduce the heat generated by the high-frequency handpiece. The hollow surgical tip pushes sterile irrigation fluid through pre-aspiration holes and offers aspiration at the tip to remove irrigation fluid and tissue.
